Yesterday evening I was on Facebook. I am lucky enough to be "friends" with some really awesome local artists who I admire a lot. Through Barbara Gilhooly's "friends" I saw Mary Bergherr and her art work. It is just amazing. There is something about this style that is just yummy to me. I love the colors, texture, text included in the paintings, etc. You can see a few more of her pieces through her flickr site here.
