Amazing Face

On my morning commute, I was driving behind this silver semi-truck.  I suddenly started seeing faces looking and smiling at me.  I had to pull out the camera, and was so excited when I was able to capture what I was seeing in real life.  The sunrise and movement of the vehicle made the faces shift and change, but I saw various smiling faces for a long time.  Hope you find it as amazing as I did!  No wonder why I was in such a great mood this morning!

BIG Fearless Painting Work for Week #1

It has felt good painting BIG this week.  It has also been good to loosen up and experience the process of painting.  These are all warm-up exercises.  I am really excited to start week #2 of BIG.

Circa Ceramics at Powderhorn Art Fair Photos

I totally loved the Circa Ceramics booth at the Powderhorn Art Fair.  This husband and wife team create brightly colored ceramic dishes, magnets, as well as charms for necklaces.  The husband was the person in the booth when my sister and I stopped by.  He was so, so nice.  Don't you just want to give business to people like that?  I bought a necklace for me, and one for my sister.  I'd love to have a kitchen full of their dishes, too.  Maybe some day.  You can see more of their work from their website, etsy, blog and  on flickr.  Enjoy!
